Compact speed sensor replacement
The space available for a measuring system - often heights of less than 20 mm - is limited in numerous standard industrial applications.
Together with several renowned metrology manufacturers, Bogen has created several very compact solutions that are composed of a ferrite ring on an aluminium hub. The ring is secured by inserting and screwing the aluminium hub onto the shaft. This manufacturing procedure economically solves various tasks of metrology in automation while at the same time providing high resolution and low levels of sensitivity to vibration, dust, and dirt.
